Biography: After obtaining his law degree from LSU in 2001, Brian practiced law with the firm of Bergstedt & Mount until opening Arabie Law Firm in 2007 and Arabie Land & Title in 2012.  In 2019, Brian merged his practice with that of David Sigler and Kody Cannon, forming Sigler, Arabie, & Cannon.  In addition to private practice, Brian began serving in 2021 as an Assistant District Attorney for Cameron Parish providing legal counsel to the Cameron Parish Police Jury as well as other local boards and governmental subdivisions.

In addition to the practice of law, Brian is an active member of the community assisting various boards, including the Coastal Plain Conservancy and the Calcasieu Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of the Cameron Lions Club and Bible Study Fellowship.

Brian is a life-long resident of Southwest Louisiana growing up on a family farm and timber property in Beauregard Parish but presently living in the Grand Lake community in Cameron Parish. Brian and his wife, Julie, have three children: Hannah, Isaac, and Luke. Brian’s interests include land management, conservation, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, paddling, exploring, and all things outdoors.
